JEAN PASCAUD ART DECO SHARKSKIN CABINET

JEAN PASCAUD ART DECO SHARKSKIN CABINET

Jean Pascaud is known for combining beautifully veneered exotic woods with sharkskin, also called shagreen. This mahogany cabinet is a great example. The doors, covered in sharkskin with bronze fittings, open to reveal a set of shelves. This is a dramatic piece of Art Deco furniture, and pieces with sharkskin have become very rare and desirable.  62" H x 58" W x 19.5" D
