Art et Decoration was the Artichectural Digest of its time, covering many diverse aspects of architecture, furniture, room deor, lighting, textiles and much more. This issue, from May of 1925, is an introduction to the famed Exposition Des Arts Decorartifs, from which Art Deco got its name. This introduction  – sub-titled Consideration sur L’Esprit Moderne, was written by Guillaume Janneau.
