Bassoli’s sculpture often contained ceramic elements, usually human figures. They are perfect balances of positive and negative space, and are compelling in their originality. This piece was specially made for a shooting club. H 17 x W 23 x D 18 inches.
Bassoli’s work is in the musee des arts decoratifs in Paris, and some pieces were exhibited at the Museum Villa Stuck in 1984.
