Description
This sculpture, made of polychrome plaster, is of Uranie, the muse in charge of Astronomy and Astrology. She holds between her legs a globe decorated with golden stars and Apollo’s cart, which are the traditional attributes of the Greek muse Uranie. She is 11 ¾ inches high.
