A dramatic alternative to traditional sculptural work. These wonderfully dramatic slabs of petrified wood have been polished and mounted as “sculptures,” and were very much in vogue in the 1960’s, and are still chic today. The Petrified wood specimens measures 21″ H x 12″ W and 16″ H x 11″ W. They are sold separately. We also offer an incredibly rare “Araucaria Petrifie” mounted on wood, with a plaque labeled “Apache Territory” from the 1900 Paris Exposition.
