The Rapport General was the 11 volume catalogue of the famed Esposition Internationale des Arts Decoratifs et Industriels held in Paris in 1925, which gave the Art Deco movement its name.
This volume is a very interesting one, as it deals with decorative accessories for the home. Represented are examples of vases, tableware, lighting, sculpture, and other decorative elements by George Bastard, Jean Dunand, Cormier, Christofle, Bagues, Puiforcat, Cardeilhac, Edgar Brandt, Bugatti, Perzel, Rateau, Sandoz, Tetard, Simonet, Capellin for Venini, Marinot, Decorchement, Goupy, Jean Luce, Cazaux, Simmen, Ruhlmann, Buthaud, and many others.
In original paper wrappers, excellent condition, with some pages un-cut, some minor soiling to cover.
