Description
Beautiful floor lamp by the great French designer Gilbert Poillerat in patinated and gilded bronze. This wonderful piece has many of Poillerat’s trademark elements – drapery, stars and fluted domes, with gilding to make them even more opulent.. It is a striking piece, as Poillerat’s work invariably is. Poillerat was active in France from the Art Deco period through the 1960’s.
